التكيف النفسي و الاجتماعي للطفل المتخلف عقليا (دراسة مقارنة بين ذوي التخلف العقلي البسيط و المتوسط من 9 إلى 12 سنة )

Abstract

لقد تركز اهتمامنا في بحثنا هذا على دراسة التكيف النفسي والاجتماعي للأطفال المتخلفين عقليا، بالخصوص دراسة الفروق بين ذوي التخلف العقلي البسيط وذوي التخلف العقلي المتوسط وذلك من حيث تكيفهم، من خلال تطبيق الاختبار الإسقاطي لرسم الرجل ل"جودانوف-هاريس"، على 30 طفلا في المركز الطبي البيداغوجي في ولاية تيزي وزو، ومن خلال تحليل رسوم المجموعتين وشرح دلالة كل من الموقع والشكل توصلنا إلى أن هناك فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين المجموعتين ولكن رغم تلك الفروق إلا أن كلتا المجموعتين تستعملان نفس الميكانيزمات الدفاعية لمواجهة عوائق الاتصال الاجتماعي وصعوبات تكيفهم وبذلك تسعى كلتا المجموعتين إلى تغيير سلوكاتها لتكون علاقة أكثر توافقا بينها وبين بيئتها

In this research, we focused on the study of psychological and social adjustment among mentally retarded children, in particular the study of differences between those with low mental retardation and moderate mental retardation in terms of adjustment, By applying projective test «draw-a-person test »For his designer Goodanov-Harris(1963) ,on 30 child in C.M.P.P tizi ouzou. The analysis of the two groups' drawings and explain the significance of both location and shape we found that there are statistically significant differences between the two groups. However, despite these differences, both groups use the same defensive mechanisms to cope with the obstacles of social communication and the difficulties of adaptation, so both groups seek to change their behavior to create a more adaptive relationship between them and their environment.

Nous avons concentré notre attention dans cette recherche sur l'étude de l'adaptation psycho-sociale des enfants retardés mentaux, en particulier l'étude des différences entre ceux avec un retard mental léger et moyen sur le plan d’adaptation. On a appliqué un test projectif « dessin du bonhomme » de Goodanov-Harris(1963) ,sur 30 enfants au C.M.P.P de boukhalfa tizi ouzou. Apres l’analyse des dessins et l’explication significative de la localisation et de la forme, on a arrivé à prouver qu’il existe une différence statistiquement significative entre les deux groupes, malgré que ces deux groupes utilisent les mêmes mécanismes de défense pour affronter les obstacles de communication sociale et les difficultés d’adaptation, et les deux groupes tentent de changer leurs comportements pour bâtir une relation plus compatibles entre elles et leurs environnements.
