Abstract

تضمن موضوع جرائم المخدرات ثلاث أقسام ، القسم الأول تعلق بالمخدرات عوما و المخدرات المستعملة في الجزائر ، و ذلك من خلال تصنيفها و أهم الاضطرابات المرتبطة بها وفق الدليل التشخيصي الخامس و الجهود المبذولة من طرف الدولة للحد من خطر المخدرات ، كما تضمن القسم الثاني الجريمة و ذلك من خلال أركانها و أنواعها ، أما القسم الثالث تناول أهم الجرائم المرتبطة بالمخدرات و ذلك وفق القانون المتعلق بها ، و اخيرا عرض حالة نموذجية للإدمان Included the subject of drug crimes three sections, the first of which concerned drugs and drugs used in Algeria.
