Abstract

يستخدم المختص النفسي في ميدان الإجرام أثناء الممارسة العيادية وسائل وتقنيات علمية ذات أساس سيكولوجي وعليه لابد له إتقان الملاحظة بنوعيها المباشرة وغير المباشرة، ملاحظة الإيماءات وبعض المظاهر السلوكية، المقابلة بنوعيها الموجهة والمباشرة. كما يجب على المختص النفسي إتقان المقاييس والاختبارات الخاصة بالسلوك والشخصية والحياة الانفعالية السيكولوجية. كما يعتبر العلاج النفسي أحــد الخدمات التي يقدمهـا المعالج النفسي الــذي يتمتع بالخبرة والكفاءة المهنية، تمكنه من تقديم المساعدة للمريض الذي يعاني من اضطراب أو مرض نفسي معين ويحتاج للمساعدة في علاجه. During clinical practice, the psychologist in the field of criminology uses scientific methods and techniques with a psychological basis, and therefore he must master observation of both direct and indirect types, observation of gestures and some behavioral manifestations, corresponding to both directed and direct types. The psychologist must also master the standards and tests for behavior, personality, and psychological emotional life. Psychotherapy is also considered one of the services provided by a psychotherapist who has experience and professional competence, enabling him to provide assistance to a patient who suffers from a specific psychological disorder or illness and needs help in treating it.
