dc.description.abstractAbstract: This study aims to know the relationship between organizational values and organizational loyalty among the staff of the High School of Sports Sciences and Technologies in Dali Ibrahim- Algiers" as well as to know the relationship between organizational values and each dimension of organizational loyalty (emotional, normative and continuous) for this purpose selected a sample of 100, the most important results of the study, the existence of a relationship between organizational values and organizational loyalty in general, a relationship between organizational values and both standard loyalty and continuing lack of relationship between organizational values and loyalty Emotional.
