Les stratégies dénominatives et désignatives dans un discours polémique médiatisé par ordinateur

Abstract

Notre étude part d’un incident événementiel coïncidant avec la visite du président français, à son homologue algérien, lors de laquelle un citoyen algérien s’approche du président français et lui embrasse la main en signe de reconnaissance. Cet événement devient un incident lorsque la presse et les communautés interactives via les réseaux sociaux crient au scandale et fustigent l’homme, rendu coupable de trahison à la nation. Les internautes vont s’affronter sur le sens à donner à cet événement : la condamnation par l’emploi du terme, dénominatif et désignatif, « harki » et les réactions opposées à cette condamnation. Le propos concerne ainsi une polémique qui tient fondamentalement au désaccord des locuteurs quant au sens qu’il convient d’accorder à ce mot et quant à l’usage qu’il convient d’en faire dans un contexte donné. This study starts from the visit of the French president, to his Algerian counterpart, during which an Algerian citizen approaches the French president and kisses his hand in recognition. This event becomes an incident when the press and interactive communities via social networks cry scandal and castigate the man, convicted of treason to the nation. Internet users will clash over the meaning to be given to this event: the condemnation by the use of the term, denominative and designative, "harki" and the reactions opposed to this condemnation. The subject thus concerns a polemic, which fundamentally stems from the disagreement of the speakers as to the meaning that should be given to this word and as to the use that should be made of it in a given contex.
