Strategies and methods to facilitate the acquisition of oral language in children

Abstract

This article came to explain some strategies and methods to facilitate the acquisition of oral language in children because of the importance of linguistic development in the child and the subsequent gains that result from it, the most important of which are schooling and social adaptation. The interest in this topic was due tothe frequent visits to the speech therapy examination clinic at the university hospital and the confusion and anxiety of parents, so we wanted to shed light on linguistic skills, linguistic development and its characteristics, as well as the factors affecting linguistic development, then a brief presentation of some of the mechanisms and strategies that can ease the acquisition of oral language in children.
