The Algerian legislator, based on the provisions of Islamic law, has enacted a set of laws that regulate and control the relationships between individuals within the family at various stages of its development: 1- Before marriage. 2- During marriage. 3- After the dissolution of the marital bond. The aim is to maintain the stability and continuity of the family, while considering the best interests of the children.
