فعالية برنامج لوفاس في تنمية مستوى الذاكرة العاملة لدى الأطفال المصابين بإضطراب طيف التوحد

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة فعالية برنامج لوفاس في تحسين مستوى الذاكرة العاملة لدى أطفال طيف التوحد المتوسط الشدة، ولتحقيق هذا الهدف تم إجراء الدراسة على مجموعة واحدة تكونت من خمسة أطفال توحدين تم إختيارهم بطريقة قصدية كلهم من جنس ذكور تتراوح أعمارهم بين (5-7) سنوات، يعالجون بالصحة الجوارية ببوزيان لولاية المدية ويعانون من مشكلات على مستوى الذاكرة النشطة، وقد تم الإعتماد على المنهج الشبه التجريبي، إشتملت أدوات جمع المعلومات على إستمارة المعلومات الأولية، مقياس تقدير التوحد الطفولي CARS، إختبار ذاكرة عمل جمل وبرنامج لوفاس، وقد تمت معالجة المعلومات بإستخدام إختبار T لعينتين متكافئتين وحساب المتوسطات الحسابية والإنحرافات المعيارية، كما فُسرت نتائج الدراسة على ضوء الإطار النظري ونتائج الدراسات السابقة، بحيث تشير النتائج إلى وجود فروق دالة إحصائياً على إختبار ذاكرة عمل جمل بين القياسين القبلي والبعدي لمستوى الذاكرة النشطة لصالح القياس البعدي وجاءت كل الفروق لها دلالة عند المستوى 0.05، أي أن الذاكرة النشطة لأطفال طيف التوحد تتَسِم بالتحسن الدال بعد تطبيق برنامج لوفاس، ومن خلال ما تم التوصل إليه نؤكد على أهمية وفاعلية البرنامج العلاجي لوفاس في تحسين مستوى الذاكرة النشطة لدى الأطفال المصابين بطيف التوحد.

This study aimed to find out the effectiveness of the Lovas program in improving the level of active memory among children of moderate severity autism spectrum, and to achieve this goal, the study was conducted on one group consisting of five autistic children who were deliberately selected, and all of them are males between the ages of (5-7). For years, they have been treated in the neighborhood health center in Bouziane, in the wilaya of Medea, and they suffer from problems in the level of active memory, The semi-experimental approach was relied upon, the information collection tools included the primary information form, the Childhood Autism Rating Scale (CARS), the camel working memory test and the Lovas program, and the information was processed using the T-test for two equivalent samples and calculating the arithmetic means and standard deviations, The results of the study were also interpreted in the light of the theoretical framework and the results of previous studies, so that the results indicate that there are statistically significant differences on the memory of sentences work test between the pre and post measurements of the level of active memory in favor of the post measurement. Autism is characterized by significant improvement after applying the Lovas program, and through what has been reached, we emphasize the importance and effectiveness of the Lovas therapeutic program in improving the level of active memory in children with autism.
