Abstract

No society is right without an administration that manages its internal and external affairs, which is enabled by the availability of a political structure with an elected and recognized authority capable of engaging in various issues and broadcasting various political, social, economic and cultural problems that need solutions. Hence the need for Parliament in Democratic societies as a legitimate mediator in this process, as it includes the representatives of the people whose functions vary between legislation and oversight work.
