Abstract

The convening of this forum, in these difficult circumstances, and the presence of intellectuals and culture in Algeria may contribute to push the Algerian society to build its renaissance project on the rock and clay and not on the mobile from the sand. My modest contribution may be one of those who aim to embody that goal, where my intervention, God willing, focuses on the fourth axis with its three elements: Solutions to Algerian human problems. Solutions to the problems of Algerian society. Solutions to the problems of the nation.
