الطفولة بين الأسرة والشارع

Abstract

من خلال هذه المداخلة نرى أن معالجة حقوق الطفل لا يمكن أن تتم بعيدا عن وصف البيئة التي يعيش فيها الطفل وصفا سوسيولوجيا وفهم المشكلات التي يتعرض لها هو وأسرته. وبناء على دراستين ميدانيتين قمنا بها في إطار فرق البحث واستنادا إلى دراسات ميدانية أخرى، حاولنا عرض وصف للبيئة الحضرية التي يتفاعل معها الطفل والمتمثلة أساسا في الشارع وهو فضاء اجتماعي بالمعنى السوسيولوجي وتأثيره على أطفالنا وانعكاساته السلبية عليهم. وفي نفس الوقت، حاولنا تبيان أهم الصعوبات التي تواجهها الأسرة في عملية التحكم التربوي في أبنائها، وقدرتها على مراقبتهم وتلبية حاجاتهم المتجددة، وفقا للتحولات البيئة المتسرعة والتي تخضع هي كذلك لمتغيرات داخلية وأخرى خارجية في إطار ما يسمى بالعولمة اقتصادية الثقافية.

Through this intervention, we see that the treatment of the rights of the child cannot be done away from describing the environment in which the child lives, a sociological description and understanding of the problems that he and his family face. Based on two field studies conducted by the research teams and based on other field studies, we tried to describe the urban environment within which the child interacts, mainly in the street, a social space in the sociological sense and its impact on our children and its negative effects on them. At the same time, we tried to illustrate the most important difficulties faced by the family in the process of educational control of their children, and their ability to monitor and meet their needs, according to the rapid environmental changes, which are also subject to internal and external variables within the framework of the so-called cultural globalization
