مطبوعة دروس في مقياس الإدارة العلمية لنظم المعلومات (السياسة التوثيقية 1-2) موجهة لطلبة السنة الأولى ماستر تخصص: تسيير ومعالجة المعلومات

Abstract

تعتبر السياسة التوثيقية بمثابة الآلية التي تمكن القائمين على المكتبات ومرافق المعلومات من الاستثمار الفعال لمواردها على المدى القصير والمتوسط والطويل، والنظر في الأولويات المرتبطة بجميع نشاطاتها وخدماتها المباشرة وغير المباشرة. فهي تساعد على إدارة وتوزيع الميزانية وترشيد نفقاتها، والوسيلة المثلى لبناء وتنمية المجموعات ضمن أهداف نظم المعلومات، وتحديد الأولويات واختيار مصادر الانتقاء والاقتناء، وتحديد طبيعة الوظائف المواتية لمعالجتها وتحليلها وتنظيمها، وتسخير تقنيات المعلومات المطلوبة وتحديثها وصيانتها، فضلا عن تشغيل الإمكانيات والوسائل المناسبة لإدارتها وتنظيمها. ومن هذا المنطلق، حاولنا اعداد هذه المطبوعة بهدف تقديم عرض عام حول مقياس الإدارة العلمية لنظم المعلومات وكل ما يرتبط بالسياسة التوثيقية للمكتبات ومرافق المعلومات ضمن مجموعة من المحاضرات التي يبلغ عددها 24 محاضرة موزعة على السداسي الأول والثاني من الموسم الجامعي. وهو المقياس الذي يندرج ضمن الوحدات الأساسية لبرنامج التدريس للسنة الأولى ماستر في تخصص تسيير ومعالجة المعلومات لشعبة علم المكتبات والتوثيق، والمتطابقة مع المقرر الرسمي لعرض التكوين في ماستر أكاديمي للسنة الجامعية 2017-2018. Documentation policy is the mechanism that enables libraries and information facilities to invest their resources in the short, medium and long term, and to consider the priorities associated with all their direct and indirect activities and services. It helps to manage and distribute the budget and rationalize its expenditures, and the best way to build and develop collections within the objectives of information systems, set priorities and select sources of selection and acquisition. In addition it determine the nature of the functions favorable to their processing, analysis and organization, harness the required information technologies, update and maintain them, as well as operate the appropriate capabilities and means to manage and organize them. From this perspective, we tried to prepare this publication with the aim of providing an overview of the management of information systems and everything related to the documentation policy of libraries and information facilities within a set of 24 lectures distributed over the first and second semesters of the academic year. It is part of the core modules of the teaching program for the first year of the Master's degree in Information Management and Processing for the Department of Library Science and Documentation, which corresponds to the official curriculum of the academic master's training offer for the academic year 2017-2018.
