آليات تفعيل الجودة في الرعاية الصحية للأطفال

Abstract

لقد احدث التغير و التطور العلمي و التكنولوجي ثورة في تغيير المفاهيم التي كانت سائدة ، وتعددت بذلك المطالب . فلم يعد الاكتفاء بتلقي العلاج و الاستفادة من خدمات الرعاية الصحية هو المبتغى ، بل تعدى ذلك إلى مطلب جديد هو البحث أكثر فأكثر عن جودة هذه الخدمات . سنحاول من خلال هذا العمل التركيز على مؤشر الجودة في الرعاية الصحية و صحة الاطفال على وجه الخصوص و هل فعلا استطاعت الجزائر أن تحقق تقدما في مجال جودة الخدمة الصحية في مؤسساتها الإستشفائية .

The change and the scientific and technological development has revolutionized changing the concepts that were prevalent. It is no longer sufficient to receive treatment and benefit from health care services, but rather to go to a new requirement that is more and more research on the quality of these services. Through this work, we will try to focus on the quality index in health care and children's health in particular, and know if Algeria has really made progress in the field of health service quality in its hospital institutions

Le changement et le développement scientifique et technologique ont révolutionné le changement des concepts qui prévalaient. Il ne suffit plus de recevoir des traitements et de bénéficier des services de santé, mais plutôt de se tourner vers une nouvelle exigence qui est de plus en plus de recherche sur la qualité de ces services. A travers ce travail, nous allons essayer de nous concentrer sur l'indice de qualité des soins de santé et de la santé des enfants en particulier, et savoir si l'Algérie a vraiment progressé dans le domaine de la qualité des services de santé dans ses établissements hospitaliers.
