سيرورة المسارات الاندماجية لاستقرار الأسرة الحضرية بضاحية المدينة (دراسة حالة لمدينة الجزائر وضواحيها).

Abstract

ينصب هذا المقال على إبراز شكلا جديدا من الهجرة ويوضح ما نجم عنها من آثار، إذ يسلط الضوء على عملية إعادة انتشار سكان المدينة نحو التخوم و الضواحي المجاورة، ويركز من خلال ذلك على اثر الهجرة الريفية على نشأة الضواحي، وحاولنا من خلال ذلك أن نظهر تلك الديالكتيكية بين نوعين من الهجرة ألا وهما الهجرة الريفية والعكسية منها، المجسدة في الجاذبية التي مارستها المدينة على سكان الريف و إعادة انتشار سكان المدينة نحو التخوم المجاورة، ومن ثم تطرقنا الى الآثار الاجتماعية الناجمة عن ذلك وانعكاساتها على الآسرة المهاجرة سواء المرتبطة بالهجرة الريفية أو بظاهرة الانتقال من المدينة الى الضاحية , كما لم يفوتنا أن نعرج على الآليات المتبعة من طرف تلك الأسر لاندماجها وسط محيطها الاجتماعي الجديد .

This article is focusing on a new form of migration and aiming at explaining its resulting effects, as it highlights the process of redeployment of the city’s population towards the suburbs nearby, it focuses on the impact of rural migration on the implantation the suburbs, we tried to assess the impact that show the dialectique between two types of immigration, but the two exodus types: the rural and reverse embodied in the attraction of the city on the rural population and the redeployment of city’s population towards the suburb nearby, and then we dealt with the resulting social effects and their impact on the migrating family be it rural or transitional from the city to the suburb. We also mentioned the mechanisms followed by those families to get integrated into the center and the new social environment.
