العلاقة بين التفاؤل والدافعية للإنجاز لدى موظفي رئاسة جامعة الجزائر2

Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة العلاقة بين التفاؤل والدافعية للإنجاز لدى موظفي رئاسة جامعة الجزائر2 لهذا الغرض تم اختيار عينة من 124 موظفا وموظفة إدارية طبق عليهم مقياس التفاؤل والتشاؤم Dember et al (1989) و مقياس دافعية الإنجاز الذي أعده الباحث الروسي " نيموف، ر.س، Nemov.R.C1990 " و قام بترجمته "بني يونس محمد ، 2004 وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى اثبات العلاقة الارتباطية الموجبة بين التفاؤل ودافعية الإنجاز كما توصلت إلى عدم وجود فروق بين الجنسين في التفاؤل ودافعية الإنجاز This study aims at identifying the relationship between optimism and achievement motivation among the employees of the presidency of the University of Algeria2. For the purpose of the study, the researcher selected a sample of 124 administrative employee. The scale of optimism and pessimism that done by Dember et al (1989) was applied to them and the scale of achievement motivation that done by the Russian researcher "Nemov. R.C 1990" and translated by "Bani Yunis Muhammad, 2004. The results indicate that a positive relationship between optimism and achievement motivation, and also found that there are no gender differences in optimism and achievement motivation
