Abstract

The Arab elites have realized the extent of the civilizational collapse of Arab society compared to the modernity of European civilization, therefore the question of the rebirth of Arab society was at the center of its concerns, one of the poles the most important of these elites of the contemporary Arab thinker Nassif Nassar, who called for overcoming the effects of the failure of the first Arab renaissance, and the establishment of a project for a second Arab renaissance in which the spirit has a status high awakening, and disengagement from forms of guardianship and subordination to any cultural reference, whether heritage or modernity
