-مشيد2025-03-052025-03-052024-06-30111-3259http://ddeposit.univ-alger2.dz/handle/20.500.12387/8321This study aims to reveal the volume of drugs in Algeria, as well as to identify the demographic characteristics of treated addicts and the number of people involved in drug cases, based on statistics of the National Bureau for Combating Drugs and Drug Addiction The results obtained indicate the exacerbation of the drug phenomenon in Algeria, as evidenced by the increase in seized quantities of drugs and the increase in the number of cases dealt with. Those involved in cases of drugs’ consumption and possession are male and single and belong to the age group of 26-35 years.ArTypes of DrugsDrugsArticle
