بن دهقان, طاهرحران, العربي2023-06-062023-06-062023-02-272170-144Xhttp://ddeposit.univ-alger2.dz/handle/20.500.12387/5377هدفت الدراسة الى معرفة الممارسات البيداغوجية والإدارية داخل الجامعة في ظل عملية التغيير التنظيمي فتمت الدراسة بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة عمار ثلجي بالأغواط على عينة من الأساتذة الجامعين تمثلت في 67 مفردة من أجل تحقيق الهدف من خلال الاستبيان الالكتروني الذي وزع عليهم وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن التغييرات التنظيمية أثرت على الأستاذ الجامعي وأحدثت بعض الاختلالات الوظيفية التي أدت الى تشكل الصراعات تنظيمية داخل التنظيم راجع لغياب التخطيط ودراسة طبيعة التنظيم This contribution is a study of pedagogical and administrative practices in the context of the ongoing organizational change within the Algerian university. With the help of a questionnaire administered online, the survey carried out affected a sample of 67 teachers from the Faculty of Social Sciences of the Amar Telidji University of Laghouat. The results obtained show that the organizational changes made at the level of the Algerian university have generated organizational dysfunctions which are at the origin of the development of conflicts in the exercise of pedagogical and administrative prerogatives.
