بوحلوفة، محمد الأمين2026-06-112024-12-291111-3707E-ISSN : 2588-2090http://ddeposit.univ-alger2.dz/handle/20.500.12387/9907تحاول هاته الورقة العلمية إظهار البداية الأولى للعلاقة الدبلوماسية بين الأمير عبد القادر وبريطانيا وهذا من خلال رسالتين كان قد أرسلهما إلى ملك و قنصل بريطانيا، وقد أظهرت تلك الرسالتين عدة أوجه لسياسة الأمير في أولى سنوات دولته، وأعطت صورة مغايرة تماما عن إستراتيجيته الحربية، خاصة وأنّه فهم بشكل أوسع القوى العالمية الإقليمية الفاعلة في المتوسط، كما أنّ الأمير فهم إستراتيجية بريطانيا المتمثلة في هيمنتها التجارية على الإقتصاد العالمي،لهذا كانت الإمتيازات التي عرضها في معرض رسائله تجارية، وقد تحاشى الدعم العسكري له كي يعطي لبريطانيا فكرة بأنه يريد علاقات تجارية ستمهد بعدها إلى خيار الدعم العسكري، لكن رغم ذلك فشل مشروعه بسبب نظرة بريطانيا للأمير على أنّ مشروع مقاومته يتعارض مع سياستها الإمبريالية في تلك الفترة . This scientific paper attempts to show the first beginning of the diplomatic relationship between Prince Abdul Qadir and Britain, and this is through two letters he sent to the King and the British Consul. The largest global regional actor in the Mediterranean, and the Emir understood Britain's strategy represented in its commercial hegemony over the global economy. That is why the privileges he offered in the exhibition of his letters were commercial, and he avoided military support for him in order to give Britain the idea that he wanted commercial relations that would then pave the way to the option of military support.
