Koufi قوفي, LEILA ليلىبن موفق, فتيحة(مديرة البحث)2025-03-092025-03-092023http://ddeposit.univ-alger2.dz/handle/20.500.12387/8377اهتمت هذه الدراسة بالعلاقة بين التفاعل أم طفل و إكتئاب ما بعد الولادة و طبيعة التوظيف النفسي لدى الأمهات التي - تعانين من إكتئاب ما بعد الولادة، مما يسمح بفهم الخصوصيات التي تكمن وراء تلك الاستجابة الاكتئابية لدى الأمهات ونوعية التفاعل المرتبط بها. اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على المنهج العيادي، حيث قمنا بتطبيق مجموعة أدوات لتحقيق أهدافنا، والتي تمثلت في المقابلة « العيادية، مقياس «Beck « للإكتئاب الصيغة المختصرة، مقياس Edimbourg لإكتئاب ما بعد الولادة، شبكة تقييم » التفاعلات الأولية أم رضيع ل - «Bobigny» ، و اختبار الروشاخ كتقنية اسقاطية، وذلك على مجموعة بحث قوامها 10 حالات. توصلنا في نهاية دراستنا إلى أن التفاعل أم طفل لدى الأمهات اللاتي تعانين من إكتئاب ما بعد الولادة يكون مضطربا و أن - توظيفهن النفسي يتميز بالهشاشة و فقر الموارد الداخلية This study aims to reveal the relationship between mother-child interaction and postpartum depression and the nature of psychological functioning of mothers suffering with postpartum depression, allowing an understanding of the peculiarities that underlie this maternal depressive response and the quality of the reaction associated with it. This study was based on the clinical approach, using tools to achieve our objectives: the clinical interview, «Beck» scale of depression, the «Edimbourg» postpartum depression scale, the initial mother-child interaction evaluation scale for «Bobigny», and a Rorschach like a projective technique in order to determine the characteristics of psychological functioning, of these moms. And this is based on a research group of 10 cases.
