So, the first was to determine the difference between these two terms “technical” and “terminology”, and also to determine the difference between these terms “information”, “media” and “communication”, and the existing relationship between them and the overlap quotient in their use in the field of media and communication and library science, and multiplicity of expressive vocabulary about the concept of 2 information technology and its different usages in English and French languages, reviewing the classification of the various types of information technology and its functions and advantages.
