ملاوي، عثمانصالح، بلعيد (مدير البحث)2026-02-252025http://ddeposit.univ-alger2.dz/handle/20.500.12387/9523بعد حوالي 60 سنة من استقلال الأرض، مازالت الجزائر تعاني من هلامية توطين الذّات، ويرجع ذلك أساسا إلى مسألة التّخطيط اللّغويّ، وهي المسألة التّّ خلقت حقلا واسعا من الصّراعات المغلقة، فتحول التّخطيط، بذلك، من هدفه الأساسي المنوط به؛ وهو بناء الشّخصيّة الوطنيّة، إلى هدفه المستحدث؛ بأن أصبح رهانا في الصّراع من أجل السّلطة بمختلف مستوياتها. فالوضع اللّغويّ في الجزائر أمر في غاية التّعقيد، ويحتاج إلى كثير من الدّ راسة والتّمعّن؛ بسبب تنوّع الأعراق واللّغات والثّقافات في هذا البلد الذّي شهد تاريخا حافلا بالدّيناميّة والغموض، وعليه؛ فإنّنا نروم من هذه الأطروحة، محاولة الكشف عن مدى توافق السّياسة اللّغويّة لدولة الجزائر وواقع الممارسات اللّغويّة للمتكلّمين وذلك وفق نموذج برنارد سبولسكي في إدارة اللّغة. من أجل محاولة لقراءة مشهد التّخطيط اللّغوي العام وعلاقته بالوقائع الاجتماعيّة والاقتصاديّة والثّقافيّة والسّياسيّة في الجزائر منذ الاستقلال وإلى غاية اليوم After 60 years from the independence of the land, Algeria still already suffering from the settlement of the identical issue, that is refer mainly to the issue of Language Planning, which is create a wide area of closed conflicts. So that, the LP has been declined, from the essential goal such constructing the national personality, to the margin one, in which; it became a real bet in conflicts about the government in all its levels. The linguistic landscape, in Algeria, is too complicated, and need objective statistic studies, because of the geo-historical dynamics of this country, which present real varieties of races and cultures. This thesis aims to discover the relationship between language policy in Algeria and language practices in the light of language management pattern of Bernard Spolsky. Language such us a social power within the economic and political dynamics from the independence until this day.
