بومعالي, كريم, Karim Boumaaliعمارة, سامية, Samia Amara2025-02-202025-02-202024-02-07http://ddeposit.univ-alger2.dz/handle/20.500.12387/8233إن الشيخوخة مرحلة من مراحل العمر ولديها نوع من الخصوصية من الناحية الصحية خاصة وبما أن البشر أصبحوا يعيشون أطول من ذي قبل في جميع أنحاء العالم واليوم للمرة الأولى في التاريخ يمكن أن يتوقع معظم الناس أن تتجاوز أعمارهم 60 سنة وأكثر وهناك المؤشرات الديموغرافية تتنبأ بارتفاع كبير لفئة المسنين في الجزائر في أواخر الربع الأول من القرن الحالي وارتفاع عدد المسنين وأمل الحياة في الجزائر سيستحضر معه عدة تحديات سواء بالنسبة للمسن أو بالنسبة للمجتمع بكل أنساقه، حيث نجدهم أن هذه الفئة تعاني بالدرجة الأولى من الجانب الصحي فتنتشر في أواسطهم العديد من الأمراض خاصة المزمنة ، كما تشير الكثير من الدراسات أن سلوك الصحي يلعب دورا مهما في الوقاية من هذه الأمراض والحفاظ على صحة المسن ولهذا قمنا في هذه الدراسة بتسليط ضوء على السلوكيات الصحية للمسنين في الجزائر.Aging is a stage of life and has a kind of privacy from a health standpoint, especially since people have become living longer than ever before in all parts of the world. Today, for the first time in history, most people can expect their age to exceed 60 years or more. There are demographic indicators that predict a significant increase in the age group. The elderly in Algeria at the end of the first quarter of the current century, and the increase in the number of elderly and the hope of life in Algeria will bring with it several challenges, whether for the elderly or for society in all its components, as we find that this group suffers primarily from the health aspect, and many diseases spread among them, especially chronic ones. Many studies also indicate that healthy behavior plays an important role in preventing these diseases and maintaining the health of the elderly.
