عطاء الله، حسيبةفكاير، عبد القادر2026-06-072024-01-211111-3707E-ISSN : 2588-2090http://ddeposit.univ-alger2.dz/handle/20.500.12387/9818تعتبر المادة الأرشيفية الموجودة بالأرشيف الوطني الجزائري عامة ووثائق المحاكم الشرعية خاصة، مادة تاريخية خصبة نظرًا لما تحتويه من معلومات هامة تساهم في كتابة التاريخ الاقتصادي لمدينة الجزائر خلال الفترة الحديثة. كما تبرز لنا هذه الوثائق نوعية العقارات التجارية لدى كبار الموظفين ومدى تأثيرهم على حركية التجارة في المدينة، فبالرجوع إلى هذه العقود استنتجنا أن السلطة المركزية بالجزائر لم تقف عقبة أمام مسألة تجارة هؤلاء الموظفين لعدد من " الحوانيت " بل بالعكس تمامًا، فتجارتهم هذه ساهمت أيضا في تحريك دواليب الاقتصاد بالمدينة. The archival material found in the Algerian National Archives in general, and the documents of the Sharia courts in particular, are considered a rich historical source due to the important information they contain that contributes to writing the economic history of Algiers during the modern period. These documents also highlight the quality of commercial real estate owned by high-level employees and their influence on the dynamics of trade in the city.
