The reformist and political project of Prince Khaled represents a fundamental axis in the Algerian national movement, and a civilizational thought that combined the protection of the components of national identity, and confronting all forms of colonial hegemony based on Frenchification and cultural alienation, through his demand for equality in political rights without assimilation into French culture, and his endeavor to revive national consciousness, and to consolidate the values of national identity through journalistic and petition activity.
