مايدي, كمال2023-01-152023-01-152021-06-222549-3830E-ISSN 2661-7498http://ddeposit.univ-alger2.dz/handle/20.500.12387/4403سلط هذا المقال الضوء على أهمية ومكانة الوقف بالبلاد التونسية خلال القرن الثامن عشر الميلادي، وكيف ساهم الحسينيون في نشر الأوقاف ونحاول أبراز أهم الأوقاف التي أنشأتها السلطة وأغراضها، ومن استفاد منها،مع إبراز أهمية هذه الأوقاف بالنسبة للمجتمع إذ هي تمثل إحدى أهم نماذج التكافل الاجتماعي، كما حاولنا إبراز أهم المؤسسات الوقفية ومجلات الاستفادة منها. وبما أن الأوقاف ارتبطت بالعقار فقد حاولنا تسليط الضوء على الملكية العقارية في نفس الفترة والطرق التي استعملتها السلطة للسيطرة على العقارات وكيفية تحوليها إلى أوقاف عامة وأوقاف خاصة، وهذا من أجل التحكم في الرعية والأهالي سواء في المدن أو الأرياف التونسية، وتحديد الأطراف المشاركة في هذه الملكية العقارية، وكيف ظهرت المنافسة على الأراضي في داخل البلاد التونسية، وخاصة بعد استقرار الأوضاع السياسية في النصف الثاني من القرن الثامن عشرThis article shed light on the importance and the position of the waqf in the Tunisian country during the eighteenth century and how the Husainians contributed to spreading them. We try to highlight the most important of these estates that the authority formed and their purposes and who benefited from them, as well as showing the importance of these estates for the society in which they represent one of the most important forms of social solidarity.
