بلقاسمي, سعادمراح, حياة2025-07-072025-07-072022-12-312437 - 0827EISSN 2013 - 8233http://ddeposit.univ-alger2.dz/handle/20.500.12387/9080تهدف دراستنا هذه إلى محاولة وضع تنميط لمؤلفي المقالات المنشورة في مجلة علمية غير مصنفة متخصصة في علم الاجتماع التنظيم والعمل ومحاولة تحديد مستويات الصراع القائم بينهم وكذا الاستراتيجيات المتبعة من قبلهم من أجل نيل الاعتراف الذي يسمح لهم بتعزيز مكانتهم في الحقل العلمي. وعليه لجأنا لتحليل محتوى 70 مقالا منشورا في "مجلة دراسات في علم اجتماع المنظمات"، وقد كشفت لنا النتائج عن تعدد مستويات الصراع وتعدد الاستراتيجيات المستعملة. Our study aims to attempt to stereotype the authors of articles published in an unclassified scientific journal specializing in sociology of organisation and work and to try to determine the levels of conflict between them as well as the strategies followed by them in order to gain recognition that allows them to enhance their standing in the scientific field. We therefore analysed the content of 70 articles published in “the Journal of Studies in Sociology of Organizations”.
