The researcher identified several factors that influence individuals' perceptions and attitudes toward the subject, such as religion, custom, age, educational level, and residential area. The study relied on a sample survey method and a questionnaire tool, which was applied to a sample of 277 individuals. The data was processed using SPSS 25 to answer the formulated questions, arriving at the following results: - The social representation of women's work in the health sector is influenced by several factors, most notably age, educational level, and marital status. - The residential area represents a point of intersection and paradox between the research components regarding the perception of women's work in the health sector, as acceptance is higher among those living in urban areas, while acceptance is lower among those living in rural areas. - The perception of the semi-urban domain is unstable because it shows a high rate of acceptance of women working in the health sector, similar to urban domains, while at the same time, it exhibits a high rate of rejection, similar to rural domains. - Night shifts and mingling with the opposite sex are among the most important reasons that motivate the research domain to discou rage women from working in the health sector.
