It was his first experience outside the Soviet Bloc. The story, whose title (Traveling with Herodotus), is inspired by Herodotus’ Stories shows the encounter with the other as well as in the work of the Greek historian. The image of the other is represented in different ways by the Polish journalist, since he had traveled to different countries meeting various peoples and cultures.
