لبصير, فطيمةلبيض, ليندة2025-11-132025-11-132020-12-251112-7546E-ISSN 2676-2196http://ddeposit.univ-alger2.dz/handle/20.500.12387/9344تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية الى الكشف عن الدور الذي يلعبه الفايسبوك كوسيلة من وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي التي أضحت أحد العوامل الأساسية للتواصل وصناعة الرأي في التوعية بالخدمات الصحية التي تصاحب الأزمات الصحية خاصة جائحة كورونا، من خلال دراسة ميدانية منهجها وصفي تحليلي وعينتها قصدية وأداتها استبيان شمل 5فردا من الأسر الجزائرية. أسفرت نتائجها عن إسهام الفايسبوك في الترويج والتوعية بأبعاد الخدمات الصحية إثر جائحة كورونا من خلال الكشف عن أسباب انتشار الفيروس وأعراضه وطرق الوقاية والعلاج.0 This research paper aims to disclosing the role of Facebook as a mean of social media, which has become one of the main factors of communication and opinion-making in raising awareness of the health services that accompany the health crises, especially the Corona pandemic; through an empirical study based on descriptive-analytical approach and intentional sample composed of 50 members of Algerian families which responded to a questionnaire.
