Abstract

الدارس لحياة الفقيد الأستاذ الدكتور عبد العزيز لعرج المتوسطة أو المتأخرة لا يمكن فهمها إلاّ بفهم سيرته انطلاقا من مرحلة الطفولة والفتوة ، والتي كانت بحق المعين الأكبر الذي تشكلت منها شخصيته ، فإذا ما أمكن فهم حياته الأولى هذه استطعنا أن نفهم حياته اللاحقة لأن حياة الإنسان مثل حياة المجتمعات مبنية على تراكمات مستمرة ، أما المراحل الأخرى المتعاقبة فعدّت بمثابة الثمار بعد الجهد والصبر والتحدي ، وهي بحدّ ذاتها تحديات جديدة أثمرت على شخصية عبد العزيز محمود لعرج التي حجزت لنفسها مكانا في تاريخ الذاكرة الجزائرية ، باعتبار أنه لن يذكر علم الآثار في الجزائر ، إلاّ ويذكر كأحد لبناته الأساسية التي وضعت حجر الأساس لهذا العلم في الجزائر.
