Abstract

يخلصون للعلم و أبحاثه ، يعملون دون كلل أو ملل ، يجتهدون في صمت ويرحلون في صمت ، تلك هي مواصفات القامات العلمية أمثال : عبد القادر مولاي المولود في : 12 فيفري 1952م ، و المتوفى في : 23 نوفمبر 2018م ، البــــــاحث والمدرس و المحاضر و المؤطر ، بجامعة الجزائر 2 ، و غيرها من المؤسسات التربوية والعلمية ، تحمل مسؤولية التدريس بمختلف أطواره بكل جدارة و كفاءة ، كون الأساتذة و الطلبة تربويا و علميا و منهجيا ، غارسا في نفوسهم القيم النبيلةوالمبادئ الأساسية و الاعتزاز الوطني ، له كتابات و محاضرات في تاريخ الجزائر والمعاصر عن الفكر الإصلاحي و رواده في الجزائر في عهد الاحتلال الفرنسي . These are the qualifications of scientific dictionaries such as Dr. Abdelkader Moulay, who left his family and colleagues while he was in the highest stages of his scientific career. He was a supervising research teacher and professor of higher education at the Algerian University 2. He specialized in modern and contemporary history, and devoted his life to science and its schools. His thought and interest, born: February 12, 1952 AD in the Hashemite province of Bouira, and died on: November 23, 2018. He wrote and lectured on the contemporary history of Algeria, and on reformist thought and the pioneers of reform in Algeria during the era of the French occupation
