Abstract:
The state has great importance in establishing a strong and effective citizen in its society, a free citizen who knows his rights guaranteed to him by the state to which he belongs, and "Hegel" is one of the most important philosophers who wrote in the state and the right and the law, and we try through this research to present how Hegel views To the citizen and his rights, and how can an effective citizen be built in his society? What are the most important criticisms of "Hegel"? What we reached through this research is that a strong state must be established in order not to be kidnapped by the authority and used to achieve personal purposes and insult and weaken the citizen.
