Résumé:
The fast events that different social communities know today took into consideration language as an informative and effective means of communication. The language, which is the starting point of every communicative contact between individuals belonging to different cultural, social, religious and linguistic communities, is primarily used to achieve mutual trust between different representatives of society as well as to fulfill a perfect intercultural communicative process based on lexical unities.
The aim of this paper is to elucidate the influence of the correct use of Arabisms in the modern German journalistic discourse on the intercultural process and how far cans the wrong perception of these Arabism cause cultural and religious prejudices.
