دراسة نفسية لمحددات نجاح أو فشل مقاولي المؤسسات الصغيرة بالجزائر حالة ولاية بجاية

Abstract

نظرا للإقبال الكبير للشباب الجزائري على ميدان المقاولاتية وما أسفر عن ذلك من نتائج إيجابية وأخرى سلبية على المسار المهني لهؤلاء المقاولين. أصبح أمر دراسة وفهم ما يحدث في الواقع أمرا مطلوبا. ففي الوقت الذي تمكن فيه العيدي من المقاولين من تحقيق نتائج إيجابية في نشاطهم المقاولاتي، لم يتمكن البعض الآخر من ذلك رغم نشاطهم في نفس المحيط الاقتصادي. لذلك أنجزنا هذه الدراسة التي تهدف إلى الكشف عن المحددات النفسية التي من شأنها أن تؤثر على مخرجات نشاط المقاول المتمثلة في النجاح أو الفشل في تحقيق الأهداف المسطرة. ومن أجل ذلك قمنا بإجراء دراسة وصفية على عينة عشوائية تتكون من 40 مقاولا ينشطون في مختلف القطاعات على مستوى ولاية بجاية. اعتمدنا في هذه الدراسة على مقياس التقييم الذاتي الذي صممه كل من (إيفون قاس و ماري بيير ترامبلاي،Yvon Gasse, Maripier Tremblay, 2004)، واستبيان قمنا بتصميمه لهذا الغرض. وبعد تفريغ البيانات بينت النتائج أن نجاح أو فشل أفراد العينة يتوقف على قوة دافعيتهم للانجاز والتي تتأثر ببعض السمات النفسية للمقاولين، كما بينت النتائج أن للقدرات التي يتمتع بها المقاولون دور كبير في تمكينهم من تحقيق النجاح من عدمه. كما بينت النتائج كذلك أن الاتجاه المقاول نحو الحظ والعمل والزمن محددات هي الأخرى لتحقيق النجاح من عدمه. وتبقى هذه النتائج صحيحة في حدود عينة الدراسة. Great demand of Algerian youth in the field of construction and the positive and negative results on their professional path, it has become necessary to study and understand what is actually happening. While many contractors have been able to achieve positive results in their contracting activity, others have not been able to do so, even though they are active in the same economic environment. Therefore, we conducted this study, which aims to reveal the psychological determinants that would affect the outcomes of the contractor's activity of success or failure to achieve the established aims. For this purpose, we conducted a descriptive study on a random sample of 40 contractors active in different sectors in the state of Bejaia. In this study, we adopted the self-assessment scale designed by Yvon Gasse and Marie-Pierre Tramblay (Yvon Gasse, Marie-Pierre, 2004) and a survey that we designed for this purpose. After the data were unloaded, the results showed that the success or failure of the sample depends on the strength of their motivation to achieve, which is affected by some of the psychological characteristics of the contractors, and the results showed that the capabilities of the contractors have a big role in enabling them to achieve success or not. The results also show that the direction of the contractor towards luck, work and time is also determined to achieve success or not. These results remain valid within the sample study.
