Abstract:
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى اقتراح برنامج تدريبي أرطفوني للتكفل بالطفل المصاب بالشلل الدماغي، لدى عينة من الأطفال باختلاف الجنس، نوع الإعاقة، والعمر الزمني، إذ يعرف الشلل الدماغي بتلك المعاناة التي لا تقتصر على الحركة فحسب بل تتعدى ذلك لتشمل مشاكل في المهارات اللغوية والقدرات المعرفية.
ولتحقيق غرض الدراسة الحالية تم تطبيق هذا البرنامج التدريبي الأرطفوني بأبعاده الأربعة المتمثلة في: بعد المفاهيم الأساسية - بعد الإنتباه - بعد الإدراك - بعد الذاكرة.
إذ كل بعد يحتوي مجموعة من البنود كما أن في كل بند يوجد مختلف التمارين و النشاطات التي استخدمت مع عينة متكونة من ثلاثون حالة يعانون من شلل دماغي غير مصحوب بإعاقة ذهنية، ولقياس فعالية البرنامج التدريبي الأرطفوني المقترح قمنا بقياس قبلي وبعدي وهذا بتطبيقنا لكل من إختبار اللغة والمحور الثاني الخاص بتشخيص القدرات المعرفية المرتبطة باللغة من البروتوكول التشخيصي الأرطفوني للطفل المصاب بالشلل الدماغي وهذا بعدما تم تحديد نسبة الذكاء والتعرف على المستويات العقلية من خلال تطبيق اختبار الذكاء المصور على عينة الدراسة. طبقت أبعاد البرنامج التدريبي في ضوء المنهج التجريبي، أما عن النتائج المتحصل عليها: فقد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة نجاح البرنامج التدريبي الأرطفوني بأبعاده في علاج الاضطرابات المعرفية المرتبطة باللغة التي يعاني منها الطفل المصاب بالشلل الدماغي فقد أصبح متمكنا من المفاهيم الأساسية (المخطط الجسدي - البنية المكانية – البنية الزمانية – الألوان – الأعداد - الأشكال)، كما تطورت لديه مهارات الإنتباه، الإدراك والذاكرة (سمعيا وبصريا)، فتحسن كل هذه القدرات المعرفية كان لها دورا كبيرا في تنمية التواصل اللفظي.
واقترحت الدراسة بإجراء مزيد من الدراسات التي تهتم بالأطفال المصابين بالشلل الدماغي من حيث الفهم اللفظي وإعداد برامج أرطفونية تحوي قدرات معرفية أخرى للتكفل بهم كالانتباه الانتقائي
This study aimed at proposing an orthophonic training program for children with cerebral palsy in a sample of children of different sex, disability and age, since cerebral palsy is defined as suffering that is not limited to movement but extends to problems with language skills and cognitive abilities.
To achieve the purpose of the current study, this training programme has been implemented in its four features : the basic concepts - the attention - the perception - the memory. Each feature contains a set of items, and in each item there are various exercises and activities that were used, with a sample of 30 cases suffering from cerebral palsy without an intellectual disability.
In order to see the effectiveness of the proposed orthophonic training programme,we applied the language test and the diagnosing language-related cognitive capacities of the orthophonic diagnostic protocol of the child with cerebral palsy, after determing the intelligence quotient and the mental levels, through the application of intelligence test on the study sample. The three features of the protocol and the method were applied in the eperimental approach where the results are as follow :
The results of the study showed that the orthophonic training program has succeeded in its features in treating the disorders and cognitive problems associated with the language that a child with cerebral palsy suffer from. he has become fluent in basic concepts (physical plan, time structure, colors, numbers, shapes). he has also developed the skills of attention, cognition and memory . the improvement of all these cognitive capacities had have a significant role in the development of verbal communication.
The study suggested that further studies be undertaken on children with cerebral palsy in terms of verbal comprehension and that additional orthophonic programmes that include cognitive capacities be developed for them. Like selective attention
