In this study, we discuss the value of the Arab-Islamic heritage in light of the infiltration of transferred Western modernity, that is, considering this heritage as one of the civilizational constants inherent in the existence of the Arab-Muslim human being wherever he traveled in time; This is because returning to heritage as an inevitable historical necessity does not mean clinging to the ancient past, nor does it mean walking forward and looking back, and then falling into imitation and dependency. The spiritual and moral values of the globalized Arab society in light of the challenges of movable modernity that imposed a certain way of life, that is, we will discuss the dialectic of modernization and modernity on the surface, and the dialectic of heritage and renewal in the interior, and then we will put the heritage before trial and accountability in order to form a new renaissance discourse, which is appropriate to the current situation.
