Résumé:
In this article, we try to address the issue of political reform in the modern Arab and Islamic society in its premises and strategy, according to some poles of Islamic thought and pioneers of the Renaissance, such as Al-Tahtawi and Muhammad Ali, as well as in the Ottoman Empire, the reformist experience of Muhammad Pasha, and the reformist ideas of Jamal al-Din al-Afghani and Muhammad Abdo, passing through the enlightenment trend when Like Khair El-Din Al-Tunisi.
