Résumé:
This study tries to reveal the textual thresholds in the
novel “Al -Rabiae oua Al-kharif ”of the Syrian novelist "Hanna
Mina", as a discourse having its distinctive syntax, aesthetic and
semantic functions, allowing the receiver to explore the apparent
and non-apparent meanings of the text and to understand the
author's purposes, in addition to its role in defining the identity
of the text, and plunging in its worlds in all its forms.
The study concluded to the importance of text
thresholds and their effectiveness in understanding the narrative
text, of which they come like a reflective mirror, going from the
title to the cover and the preface, they also added aesthetic to the
text, motivating the reader to look for its implicit meanings and
to decipher its code
