الخلاصة:
This study aims to introduce the electronic document management systems, their
functions and importance according to the processing of electronic files and documents.
It also deals with the presentation of the most important international standards related
to their creation and implementation, and deals with the definition of the electronic
document management system of the Ministry of National Education, and deals with the
evaluation of this system through an evaluation guide drawn from the most important
international standards related to electronic document management.
The study found that this system is in line with the recommendations of international
standards, by responding to the various items related to document creation, processing,
preservation, availability and exclusion
