Abstract:
In this study, we discussed the subject of emotional intelligence in the of adolescents with
hearing impairments, who are between the ages of 13 and 18 years. Emotional intelligence is
one of the concepts that emerged in the field of psychology in the early nineties, where many
scientists contributed to clarify its concept and highlight its importance, like )Goleman(, who
considers this kind of intelligence to be concerned with the individual's awareness of himself,
which enables him to recognize his emotions, and thus the ability to control the emotions of the
