Abstract:
The study aimed to explore the relationship between types of
childhood trauma and personality disorders in adulthood among
female students, the study was conducted through a descriptive
approach to addressing for route flooding on a sample of (30) student
was selected, from University of Algeria 2, aged (19-38 years), and
the application of the childhood trauma questionnaire (CTQ) by
Bernstein and Fink 1998 ,and questionnaire for the diagnosis of
personality disorder from the design of Hyler and al., 1988, After the
translation of the questionnaires was confirmed by its sincerity and
constancy in the environment.
The results concluded that there is a statistical function amounted to
( 0.48*) at the level of significance (0.05) between the overall class
of childhood trauma college degree personality disorders .
the results confirmed that childhood trauma contributed to the
development of symptoms of personality disorders. Specifically,
there is a group of female students have since childhood abuse is
more symptoms of paranoid personality disorders, and narcissistic
personality ,avoid personality ,and an obsessive compulsive
personality and dependent personality.
- The correlation coefficient between the emotional abuse and
personality disorders estimated: (0.42*) when the level of
significance of 0.05.
-There is a relationship between physical abuse and personality
disorders by a factor estimated link b:( 0:42 *), when the Alpha.
