Abstract:
تهدف هذه الدراسة السوسيودمغرافية إلى كشف الواقع الاجتماعي لأرباب الأسر المتقاعدين من خلال معرفة العلاقة الإرتباطية بين مركزهم الاجتماعي في مرحلة العمل والوظيفة، وكذا أوضاعهم المعيشية والصحية بأدائهم لأدوارهم الأسرية والمجتمعية في مرحلة التقاعد، وهذا باستخدام تقنية الاستبيان لجمع البيانات الميدانية من عينة تكونت من 400 رب أسرة متقاعد. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن انخفاض المركز الاجتماعي لأرباب الأسر أثناء مرحلة العمل والوظيفة، وسوء أوضاعهم المعيشية والصحية أثناء مرحلة التقاعد يؤدي إلى تقلص ممارستهم للأنشطة اليومية المنزلية وتراجع شبكة أدوارهم الأسرية وكذلك رضاهم على أوضاعهم العامة في النطاق الأسري. وبالنسبة لممارستهم لأدوارهم المجتمعية، فيؤدي انخفاض مركزهم الاجتماعي أثناء مرحلة العمل والوظيفة وسوء أوضاعهم الصحية أثناء مرحلة التقاعد، إلى تقلص أنشطتهم الاقتصادية والتطوعية، أما سوء الأوضاع الاقتصادية أثناء مرحلة التقاعد فيؤدي إلى تقلص أنشطتهم التطوعية وزيادة أنشطتهم الاقتصادية لتحسين وضعهم المعيشي.
This socio-demographic study aims to reveal the social reality of retired household heads, by defining the correlation between social status during professional life, living and health conditions during retirement, and family and community roles during retirement, through the technique of the questionnaire to collect field data from of a sample of 400 retired heads of households. In addition, the low social status of heads of household during professional life and their poor living and state of health during retirement lead to a reduction in their daily household activities and a decline in their family role, as well as their satisfaction within the family. With regard to community roles, the devaluation of social status during working life and precarious health conditions, therefore the decline of economic and voluntary activities. So much, the unfavorable economic conditions slow down their voluntary work and improve their economic activities, resulting in much better living conditions.
