أوجاق الإنكشارية بإيـالـة الجزائر في عهدالدايات (1671-1830م).

Abstract

يعتبر موضوع أوجاق الإنكشارية حجر الزاوية في كلّ ما يتعلّق بتاريخ الجزائر في الفترة الحديثة، إذ كان أفراده يشكّلون الركيزة الرئيسية للإيالة بفعل هيمنتهم على مختلف القطاعات العسكرية الّتي كانت تتكوّن منها القوّات الجزائرية، و كذاتأصّلهم في جهاز الدولة الإداري كفئةأوليغارشيةحتّى أعلى هرم السلطة. و بالاعتماد على وثائق الأرشيف العثماني - الّتي ألّفت دفاتر مواجبات الإنكشارية أهمّ رصيدٍ فيها -، حاولنا أن نتوصّل في خضم بحثنا إلى الهدفين الأساسييْن، اللّذيْن قامت عليهما الأطروحة : أوّلهما إبراز الدور المحوري الّذي اضطلعت به المؤسّسة العسكرية المتمثّلة في الأوجاق المذكور في تاريخ الجزائر العثمانية، و ثانيهما استجلاء صورةً أكثر واقعية عن تكوينه و نظمه، و لا سيّما خلال عهد الدايات ؛ و ذلك بشكلٍ من شأنه تسليط الضوء على العوامل الّتي كفلت نجوع الأتراك العثمانيين على المستوييْن الحربي و السياسي - و الّذي تجلّى في ديمومة دولتهم لما يربو عن ثلاثمئة سنة، رغم كلّ المخاطر الخارجية و الهزّات الداخلية الّتي تعرّضت لها -، و على طرف النقيض، يتيح أيضًا إماطة اللثام عنبعضٍ من الأسباب و نقاط الضعف و الغلطات الّتي ستفضي إلى سقوط أوجاق الجزائر في عام 1830م The subject of Janissary ocak (odjaḳ)is the cornerstone of everythingrelated to the history of Algeria (Regency of Algiers) in the modern period, as itsmembersconstituted the main pillar of the Eyalet due to their dominance over the variousmilitarysectorsthat made up the Algerian forces, as well as theirrooting in the administrative state apparatus as anoligarchic class up to the power head. Relying on the documents of the Ottoman archives - in which the Janissariespayrollregisters are the most important asset - wetried to reach in the midst of ourresearch the two main goals on which the thesiswasbased: The first is to highlight the pivotalroleplayed by the military institution represented in the aforementioned Ocak in the history of Ottoman Algeria, The second is to clarify a more realisticpicture of itsorganization, hierarchy and diwans, especiallyduring the era of the Deys; And this in a waythatwould shed light on the factorsthatensured the success of the Ottoman Turks on the military and politicallevels - whichwasmanifested in the permanence of their state for more thanthreehundredyears, despite all the external dangers and internalshocks to whichitwasexposed - and, on the opposite side, itallowsAlsounveilingsome of the reasons, weaknesses and mistakesthatwill lead to the downfall of the Ocak of Algiers in the year 1830 AD
