Abstract:
Résumé: Utilisée comme une notion d’origine pour justifier l’appartenance, l’autochtonie, en entraînant, a fait partie intégrante du processus de territorialisation et de formation de l’identité nationale. En déterminant qui est les “autres” (les migrants, les allogènes) et en instituant les “nous” (les autochtones), l’autochtonie a autorisé de bâtir un Etat-nation en présumant excéder le signe ethnique. L’attachement à l’espace et à la terre de même que l’ancrage au territoire a servi de slogan pour affermir les bien-fondés politiques en contraste des “étrangers” non légitimes, scindant de la sorte la population entre ceux qui sont titulaires de pouvoir et de droits, les autochtones, et ceux qui ne le sont pas, les migrants (les allogènes). En revanche, on a observé l’obstacle des migrants à mobiliser des supports symboliques et physiques en vue de consolider leur effort face à la patrimonialisation de l’espace géographique dans lequel ils se sont établis.
ملخص: مفهوم السكان الأصليين (الأوتوكتوني) أدرج معه فكرة الأصل كمبرر للإنتماء، فصار جزءا لا يتجزأ من عملية الأقلمة وتكوين الهوية الوطنية، وانطلاقا من هذا المفهوم تم تحديد من هم ‘‘الغير’’ (المهاجرون، الغير الأصليين أو الغير محليين) كما ساهم بتأسيس ‘‘نحن’’ (الأصليين)، تأصل السكان سمح بتكوين دولة-أمة بتقدير يتجاوز الرمز العرقي. الإرتباط بالمحيط والأرض نفسه بلإضافة إلى الإرساء في المنطقة يعتبران شعار لتعزيز المزايا السياسية على عكس ‘‘الأجانب’’ غير الشرعيين وتقسيم السكان إلى الذين يملكون السلطة والحقوق ‘‘السكان الاصليين’’، وإلى الذين لا يملكون ذلك، أي المهاجرين. وبالمقابل تمت ملاحظة عقبة لتعبئة المهاجرين لدعامات رمزية ومادية بغرض تعزيز جهودهم في مواجهة إضفاء الطابع الوراثي على المحيط الجغرافي الذي نشؤوا فيه.
Abstract : The autochthony, by implying, the notion of origin as justification of belonging, was an integral part of the process of territorialization and the formation of national identity. In this context, by determining who are "others" (migrants, non-natives) and by establishing the "we" (indigenous peoples), autochthony has authorized the building of a nation-state by presuming to exceed the ethnic sign. Attachment to space and land as well as anchoring to the territory served as a slogan to strengthen the political merits in contrast to the non-legitimate "aliens", thus dividing the population between those who hold power and rights, the indigenous people, and those who are not, the migrants (the non-natives). On the other hand, the obstacle of migrants has been observed to mobilize symbolic and physical supports in order to consolidate their efforts in the face of the patrimonialization of the geographical space in which they have established themselves.
