dc.description.abstract Abstract: The objectives of the philosophy of education and learning and globalization. Education and globalization converge in a number of objectives which are security, freedom, human rights and refinement of man’s instincts. And there has never been disagreement among nations on these goals neither in the past nor nowadays since man has always sought to achieve them .Thus, he has always searched for the best policies and pedagogical methods and means to achieve them. The world of ideas leads man to modify his physical and spiritual culture whenever it is needed for a future that will embody these objectives on the ground. However, these objectives can be exposed to problems like their deviation to other purposes by the people in charge of public education and its institutions, such as the formation of ideological and political submissive or rebellious beliefs, as well social conflicts about what we teach and how to teach it? Moreover the supervision of the state on the field of education is a double edged sword that does not necessarily help to achieve the higher goals of humanity because the impact of globalization on fragile states and on the goals mentioned earlier is dangerous too. ar_AR
