dc.description.abstract The ostrich’ eggs in ancient north Africa. In old times, the ostrich passed to be “the bird elephant” because of its size. It is of a very old race which knew to be preserved without modification of the physiological structure during this long continuation of centuries and always in the same ground. It is fertile, these eggs are big and solid. In addition to the archaeological evidence of this natural product, there are written sources provided by the Greeks and Latins. ar_AR
