We have based our study in dealing with this topic on ready data collected from The National Office of Statistics, and The Ministry of Health and Population and the Reform of Hospitals, in addition to the results of scientific studies and national investigations that have been conducted during the period of or study. From the study of these data it has been shown that the level of demographic growth in Algeria is quite high compared with developed countries and some developing countries. In fact, the social variables that constitute the level of education of the wife and the contribution of women in the economic activity have influenced the nature of population growth in Algeria.
