Abstract:
Within a globalised world, parents are highly consumed with ideas of transmitting an
international language to their children, with a view to smoothing their social promotion, and
entailing their access to scientific research. The present paper hovers around french family
transmission. It targets the exploration of the means used by parents to ensure this language
transposal, as well the scrutinization of children’s attitude as to this.
