ترجمة الأمر وظلال معانيه في القرآن الكريم في ظل النظرية التأويلية - دراسة تحليلية مقارنة لنماذج من ثلاث ترجمات للقرآن بالإنجليزية

Abstract

يرتكز النّص القرآني على أحكام تكليفية يحملها الأمر بصيّغه المختلفة تُملي على المسلم ما يجب فعله أو تركه. يندرج هذا البحث ضمن علم الدلالة حيث يتناول الأغراض البلاغية التي يخرج إليها فعل الأمر إذْ لا يدل فقط على الوجوب في ظاهره كما تنصّ عليه القاعدة الفقهية المعروفة "الأمر يفيد الوجوب". تنقسم هذه الدراسة إلى أربعة فصول، حيث خصصنا الفصل الأول للحديث عن القرآن الكريم و تاريخ ترجمته وأهم المدارس الاستشراقية التي توّلت ذلك، وكان الثاني حول الأمر في العربية والإنجليزية تطرقنا فيه إلى تعريفه و تراكيبه المختلفة إضافة إلى صيّغه وأغراضه الكثيرة في اللغتين، بينما كان الفصل الثالث حول المقاربة الهيرمينوطيقية ومنهجها في نقل القرآن الكريم إلى لغات أخرى، أمّا الفصل التطبيقي قمنا فيه بتحليل الآيات التي تدل على الأغراض المذكورة من زوايا مختلفة منها التفسير الديني والتحليل اللغوي وأخيرا التحليل الترجمي، لنختم هذه الدراسة بحوصلة النتائج المتوصل إليها. The Holy Quran is about adorations and daily life relations. It uses the imperative form to dictate on the humankind what to do and what not to do. This research attempts to shed light on one of the semantic topics which is ‘imperative and its purposes in the light of the heremeneutic theory’. It is divided into four chapters. The first chapter was devoted to the Quran translation through history and the famous Orientalist schools which undertook this task, as for the second chapter, it was about the imperative form in Arabic and English , its definition, structure, uses and purposes. The third chapter deals with interpretation theory in translation, its methods and procedures, and it was worthy to mention hermeneutics as a theoretical framework to religious texts. The fourth chapter was a practical and an analytic study to the three translations after selecting some examples related to the various purposes of the imperative.
